SNOW

     This winter we will be shoveling sites for residents who are over 65 or disabled.  Other sites will be the tenant’s responsibility.  It is not practical to have our staff shovel all occupied sites and common areas.  We also have not been able to find contractors or other companies to assist.  Please contact the office via email at leasing@cleanparks.com if you qualify, or call 708-388-6600 to be put on the list.

TO QUALIFY FOR SNOW REMOVAL

OVER 65

– Provide copy of state ID or Driver’s License

DISABLED

– Provide State of Illinois Disability Card
